Lily Boyer

Lily is a strategic career management coach with 20 years of multi-function experience in developing information technology solutions, teaching, and mentoring, in corporate and non-profit settings.

A leader in transition and transformation, Lily is passionate about developing people and maximizing an organization's success through strategic talent management. With personal experience in life, cultural and career transitions, she coaches individuals and organizations to initiate and implement positive changes, embrace and adapt to changes, and thrive in new paradigms. Her commitment to her clients' success and compassion for people, with her active listening, objective feedback and thought-provoking questioning skills, bring her clients' the outcome they want to reach.

Lily helps clients at all stages of their career clarify thinking, solidify actions plans, make better decisions, develop more effective strategies, form stronger alliances, improve relationships, lead more effectively, and formulate career advancement and transition game plans. She partners with leaders from financial services, marketing, information technology, engineering, and non-profit organizations, to leverage from their experience and strengths, to increase self-awareness in their leadership style, and to develop new leadership behaviors.

Her corporate experience has given her deep understanding of the practical challenges and needs of front-line business leaders. Having lived in China, the U.S., Thailand and Hong Kong, she has gained insight into the impact of various cultures on business practices and relationships, which has enabled her to work more effectively with people from different cultural backgrounds. She coaches senior executives, mid-level managers, individuals moving into management roles, as well as people in career transition.

She holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the City University of New York, and an MBA from the University of Connecticut, USA. She is a certified coach by the Institute of Executive Coaching(ICF Accredited), as well as a certified Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) Practitioner.

Lily speaks fluent English, Mandarin, and Cantonese and loves traveling, diverse cultural experiences, and studying languages.
